M2 Office was established in 1990 in Limerick city. M2 Office Interiors provides interior solutions for Office, Commercial, Educational and Healthcare sectors. The business offering is grouped into four core areas:
- Partitions and acoustics, glazed, stud partitions. Acoustic rooms, pods, booths and accessories.
- Flooring: Design supply and fit of contact & safety flooring.
- Office Fit Outs: Space planning, re-configurations, ergonomics advice.
- Office Furniture: Source, supply and install.
M2 Office Interiors provide a comprehensive personal service, delivering projects large or small with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
We plan, design and install office interiors to meet client’s budgets in a functional and aesthetically pleasing way.
This service is offered in three package types:
Office Design & Fit Out Service
Level 1 – Office Design Layout
- This package includes site visit & consultation.
- Showroom visit & 2D layout.
Level 2 – Office Design & Furniture Specification
- This package includes site visit & consultation.
- Showroom presentation with 2D x 3D layouts.
- Furniture specification with cost quotation.
Level 3 – Fit Out & Interior Design
- This package includes site visit, consultation.
- Interiors Concept /Mood boards with 2D & 3D drawings.
- Furniture specification, itemized cost quotation and project management (if applicable).
Personal Service
Your project manager appointed will remain your contact through the project until sign-off. Our repeat business and long standing customer relationships are a testament to our quality service.

Project Management
M2 Office Interiors are experienced in dealing with Senior Executives, Architects, Designers and Contractors. We can manage all aspects of the interior fit-out from Structural, A/C, lighting and Electrics.
Ergonomic Solutions
We can advise on ergonomic solutions and provide workshops to arm your staff with best practice working habits.
Space Planning & Layouts
If your requirement is to maximise headcount, or best use of space. We can produce a plan drawing to demonstrate furniture dimensions and layout. We can produce a 3d image of your new office so you can clearly approve every element.
Furniture Showroom
With our large showroom, you can see and feel the quality of products before purchase and sign off materials and fabric finishes.

Kieran Maher
Managing Director
Kieran established M2 Office in 1992 and now has over 30 years’ experience in the office supply industry.
With a strong background in sales he oversees all aspects of the commercial development of the organisation and has worked consistently at building a dynamic and skilled team.
Rosemarie O'Callaghan
Operations Manager
Rosemarie has over 25 years’ experience in project management. Her expertise spans from shell to core, design & build to refurbishment tasks.
She has a staff of nineteen people reporting to her and a team of seven specific task managers ensuring the successful planning, monitoring and implementation of all works. Having graduated from the University of Limerick business school with honours she has gained further qualifications in Quality and Project Management.
Emily Sheehy
Office Interiors/Marketing Manager
Background experience of 10 years as advertising account management, projects co-ordination, production logistics, scheduling and implementation for large multinational blue chip clients.
Further experience in management co-ordination and implementation of annual marketing activities in Marketing Supervisor Role.
