The M2 Office Interiors team was commissioned to deliver a premium executive meeting room for UL Kemmy Business School, following a referral from one of our loyal clients. The project focused on creating an executive meeting room that was versatile enough to accommodate various functions, including meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.

M2 Office collaborated closely with the client to develop a concept that emphasized flexibility and adaptability in room layouts. The furniture selected is modular, allowing seamless transitions between different configurations. The overall design theme is inspired by a calm, earthy, and natural aesthetic, creating an inviting and serene atmosphere.

Innovative Workspace Haven: Redefining the Modern Office

A standout feature of the space is the custom-designed moss and wood panelling wall, integrated with soft LED lighting. This feature was conceptualized, designed, and installed entirely by our team, providing a unique, biophilic touch to the room. For the lighting, we partnered with the Italian brand Quadrifoglio, known for their specialist lighting solutions that create a softer, more ambient effect.

The windows are equipped with motorized blinds, hidden within a sleek pelmet design to ensure a clean and uniform look across multiple windows. All the furniture in the space was sourced from a sustainable, Platinum LEED-accredited supplier. These furnishings are made from sustainable materials, with 99% of the components being recyclable, ensuring the project aligns with modern environmental standards.

From concept to completion, this project was a seamless integration of style, functionality, and sustainability, meeting the university’s needs for both aesthetics and practicality.
